Developers are are eyeing construction of the second phase of a Lewisville office campus. Bright Realty in 2019 broke ground on the first phase of its 140-acre Crown Centre office campus at State Highway 121. The first office building in the project opened in 2020. The four-story, 109,000-square-foot office project is the first of 30 buildings planned in the development. Last year retail inventory and analytics firm WIS International leased most of the new building. And now Bright Realty is planning to start Castle Hills Crown Centre - Phase 2, according to planning documents filed with the state.
